Our journey began during a hair show in Australia when a conversation with my wonderful wife Mary highlighted a pressing problem. Mary was recovering from a transplant and faced constant discomfort with how her skin felt after showering. This sparked a quest to find a solution that would transform the way people interacted with water during their daily routines.
